Hi there im new to all this so here goes, just bought technomate 5300 and motorised dish ,set it all up in the garden for easy access but when i search for satellites can only get 2 west and 5 on the east side pretty sure its set up ok get good quality at 97% on all sats any ideas thanks.

first of all do you have a clear view from east to west ? ie: no tree's or
buildings in the way etc: next you dont say what size dish you have ?
but a 90cm or above will get you a good signal from most of the sats
if you are not finding the satellites i would think your dish not set on the
correct arc, and did you start your set up from thor 1w satellite ?
from the uk this is the point to start from and once you find this sat
and get a good strong signal you should then find all the other sats
from east to westPlease Read Carefully!
