depends on your location but its probably ok for 39e and for 10e too

bear in mind 39e bulsat is scrambled in irdeto and so requires up to date softcam keys

and 10e pltv is scrambled in biss so requires the use of the current biss key

I did not mention those earlier as you asked about fta and not those opened by patches or emus

most of the rest require a more involved approach like cs or alternatively a spiderbox or protek box

If your so called 'Gift' includes some foreign channels then you will only find out what your 'Gift' opens by contacting the person who supplied it in the first place.

My dish is only fixed on 28.2e atm but thinking of getting a motorised one for various satellites but before that I wanted to see what channels I could get from these satellites. With the 'sealion' I have all sky sports sky movies channels without using a card so I think this may be the case aswell for other satellites sorry about my first few posts got confused

as mentioned above, your supplier will tell you what is opened on other satellites, and varies according to the suppliers, some you may pay extra for

a motorised 80cm should be fine in the uk for 13e and 19e and 39e for instance, possibly for 0.8w and 30w too, depending on your line of sight and obviously a south facing wall with no obstructions. also consider an inverto ultrablack lnb too

as some channels are HD only then a HD box should also be considered as well, even if its second hand

ramjet is pretty much spot on with an 80cm not only your geographical location but also site location for the dish at your property is of up most importance.

If your an Upgrader then look at getting a 1m minimum you never know you could pick some sats up you never thought possible had you gone with the 80cm in the first place.
