    hi everyone nedd help with my set up
    main details
    1m dish
    tm5402
    allsats available
    installed phant
    installed addon
    got utube
    followed instructions for newbies
    loader does not show up on usb stick do i need this and what else do i need hope this makes sense

    You dont use a loader on tm5402 using usb.

      yeh i spent a minute wondering what the loader was but its not needed

          hello everyone i need your help

          After buying the above machine and paid someone to install it using an old sly (as you guys call it) dish.
          After 5 months now all the channels go to scrambled how can i unscramble them or do i have to pay someone again!!

          Please help the footie season has started!!!!!!

            more then likely 6mnth and yes i'de say your sub is up while watching a channel press 8281 and type in your pin by default "0000" (master pin "2011" in main menu to change the pin in main menu )this will bring you into server menu here it will show if you have any connection to a server status will say on but you might be disconnected because your sub is up.
