    TM5402 HD won't switch on

I was out all day yesterday and have noticed today that my TM5402 HD won't switch on.

The standby light on the front panel is flashing and number 8 is showing. I've disconnected from the power and reconnected, but that has not worked.

Does anyone have any idea what I can try?

Try this... switch the TM 5402 'Off' using the power switch on the rear of the receiver... then press and hold down the 'Menu' button on the front of the receiver as you switch the TM 5402 back 'On' using the power switch on the rear of the receiver... you will then see the 'Loader Menu' on screen... try the 'Factory Reset' option on the list and see what happen

    Thanks goes to Zorch @DW.

Download file direct from their site
            Technomate Support - TM-5402 HD
Insert file in USB and plug into back of turned off Technomate STB. Switch on box at back while holding standby button on front of box a blue screen will open and it will either auto load or you select file to load. afterwards install phantompatch and softcam keys as normal.
