I have the latest patch installed on 6900HD Combo, but signal is fine 85-90% but quality is poor 50-60% I am sure it use to be better as I never had issues in the past when i first got the box. My question is, is an old patch with tuner sensitivity increase better to use or would my dish be slighly out of arc? It been up for 2-3 years. Hispasat comes in perfect at 70-80% quality others naff but working, some transponders don't pick up HD on Thor or 9e and S*y italia. Some of the latest patches are hit and miss can be better or worst on signal, should I roll way back?

You could try rolling back and see if it improves things but at the end of the day receivers SNR readings are not highly accurate and are only there to give you A Reading of some sort.
The patch you have loaded could have lowered the threshold that your receiver breaks up say at the higher level reading breakup on picture could have been at around 45% on the new patch it could have lowered to around 35% and so your peak signal has dropped.
I am not saying this is correct but its something to think about and the only way to find out is to try a different patch and see if you can spot the threshold breakup and like wise for another.
