tm500 flash gone wrong - box damaged?

My pc just shut off on me whilst flashing my tm500 via TCC and null modem cable.

Now whem i try to flash an image via TCC, it says..'E:Unknown'

Is the STB recoverable?

Just curious as to why you where flashing it via the RS232 port and not via the web browser, as far as i am aware your only option now is to flash via the Null modem cable or maybe give the web browser a try you never know.
