hi just put a hdd in my TM-9100 enigma1,is there suppse to be a file on it for the reciever to recognize it pls help,,,also wen i run d/box edit it will not connect to TM-9100,IT SAYS CHECK IP AN PASSWORD I DONT NO WAT THE HELL IS GOIN ON!!! JUST WANT TO PUT CHANNEL LISTS ON IT,HELP SUM1 LOL

the hdd needs formatting in ext2 or ext3 (no file required)
make sure you have set a password in telnet , or if there is a default use that password instead (root or admin and password or if no password leave blank)
you wont login to the image without the correct details, including any name and password, on any box running enigma, including a tm9100
make sure you choose enigma 1 in dreamboxedit too
ps:- no idea why you posted this n here, it should be in the satellite technomate section
