    technomate 5402hd problem...

Hi all, I have a problem with cccam on my technomate 5402 hd, my provider is telling me that my cccam is too old and for stability of his server he is going to disconnect me if I don't change to a newer one? Is it possible to change to a newer one? Anyone has got an idea about it please? I think this is a general question not too deep on cs, so if I am wrong please feel free to cancel my post. Many thanks

what version is he using? the technomate uses a emulated version of c**am 2.1.1 to connect but will connect to higher versions. basically the only thing you can do is get a different linux box that will run say 2.13 and above or get a new gift provider. regards mdt

My problem at the moment is that the provider is happy to let me run to the end of my sub but after that I need to run 221 or 230, but at the moment my tm is not able to connect to his server anymore, I had confirmation that he did not disconnect me......

technomate's non linux run cccam 2.0.11 wich is/are used by many servers and you can't change this. unless phant0m gets us a different add-on.
I would tell the server to shuff it look for your money back. and look for a better server.
He's just using it as 'n excuse to shut you up .

I doubt it has anything to do with overloading, the problem lies with the server and the many that are now going are stopping connecting peers with anything older than 2.1.4 due to the many hacks available in these older versions.

If you want to stick with your current slimeball of an excuse who is ruining this hobby for everyone, Then all you need to do is explain that you are running a Closed source receiver that emulates CCcam 2.0.11 and he has no fear about you re-sharing his precious scumball activity.

If he does not agree then there are plenty more vermin out there willing to take your hard earned.
