442 feeds with 5402 and VLC?

    442 feeds with 5402 and VLC?

    Hi all, Just wanted to know if you have any experience of streaming from 5402 to comp and using VLC to show 422 PROHD on comp.? It can be done with Dreambox but not something I can do .


    Any ideas??

    Sorry My friend not a chance only a linux receiver with VLC through a Laptop/PC or an AZbox will do this

          Hi everyone this is my 1st post here

          I use media player classic, just drag the video from the records folder, I think it is the .ts file.

          I have noticed that only 2 hr chunks can be recorded at any one time ?

          Hope it helps

            Your first post should be in the introduction section and secondly that has absolutely no bearing on 4:2:2 feeds what you just posted.
