Hi, purchashed the above box, when trying to download patch it will not download, can anybody help???? i am going into the tm5000 series patch there is 2 links to download clicking on 1st one, i presume other one is for 5402hd box

Thanks carew6 for ur help do I just download firmware for my box pop it on USB stick then install on box??? Do I need to also install softcam will I then get sly sports etc???

You wont get sky sports
Unless you have another way of course.

You cannot get sky sports on a satellite receiver unless you subscribe to sky or google cardsh*re.
