5402 setup

Gonna try and set up this box tonight. Can I flash it via Ethernet? What's the best img for it? How can I assign the box an IP address? What's the username and password for access via flash fxp? I know it's quite a bit to ask but I have no knowledge of this box at all.

It's not linux so none of the above apply really.
It will assign itself ip when connected.

right ive put the phantom patch on, i press the ip button but nothing happens. am i missing anything? what else do i need to install?
