TM 6900 super combo v Pr0tek 9600 ip

Hello can anyone help.

I have the TM 6800 HD and wish to upgrade.

I am interested in LAN connection via server.
Should I go for the Protek 9600 IP which seem to be well supported by forums or the Technomate that seems to have little support.
