i'll be honest and tell you i got tm500super, but heres my question. what is the latest flash, f/w for this box i haven't updated it for bout year although my box running find.

I'm just want advice on the latest stuff on the box

ie epg, channel list, etc

latest software from IQ team or i should say the last one is available here:

Well over a year old now, E1 channel lists are still widely available form people such as Cateyes as well as others, the EPG is still the same Poor.
