When turning on my receiver it can take up to 1 hour before my channels start to operate. Then when i move to another satellite it can take another 5 mins for my channel to operate. Anyone help I am new to all this. Thank you

If its FTA channels then No they will come on immediately, if its Subscription channels and not with a Valid Card then this cannot be discussed here.
