frequency change

Hi
Channel star plus hd frequency has changed to 10936 V 23000 .
How do i go about changing it to this on technomate 5402hd

Thought going into "advanced search" would do it but i get "no satellite" message popping up

just checked on a TM6800 and it scanned in ok with the channels ITV1 HD and Star plus HD.green button"add TP"
then 10.936 V 23000 DVB-S2 QPSK 8/9 pilot off(but I dont think you have to bother with the last bit on your box) you may already have 10.936 V in the box but with a symbol rate of 22000 if so just edit it by highlighting it in the advanced search menu and overwriting with 23000.the "no satellite" message only usually shows after a factory reset before you have either rescanned or put a channel list back in
