Softcam updates

Just need a bit of clarification regarding Softcam updates.

Do I need to load every softcam update as it is released? Or if I load the latest softcam will it include all the previous updates?

All that is in a softcam is all the known keys for those receivers which dont auto update..many people only update if one of the hacked packages have a unknown key change!
