technomate keep having to reset cam plz help

hi i have a technomate 500 super i got from a friend who used it on 28.2e and hotbird 13, i have mgcamd installed and when i hop to any channel i have to keep resetting the cam to get the picture up also im getting "this channel is scrambled"?? then as soon as i reset the cam it comes on perfect even if the channel is on and i switch the box off then back on the picture comes back on no probs any ideas folks im new to the technomate , many thanks

It's a bug with the latest firmware, load on this one and that will be fine.

Its only lately that I have come across this problem.Have been using the 500 super for quite a while now and have set up most of my neighbours ,relations etc with them.Its just a cheap box with rf modulator built in.The problem with the latest few I bought is the remote wont work after a few hours and box has to be rebooted.After another few hours same problem and has to be rebooted again.This is on firmware dated 31-08 2013.The latest firmware dated 13-12-2012 says it fixes this problem but there is a bigger bug with using mgcamd having to start cam every time you change channels.It took me over 12 months to get a good guy for sea lions.Been using his sea lions for over 2 years now and they are very reliable but he only use mgcamd..So does anyone know an image that doesn.t have the remote or mgcamd issues,thanks in advance

There is not one for the TM500/600 you are stuck with the UR or IQ images, your money would have been better spent and cheaper on a DM500s clone with commando image on there works like a dream
