espn hd uk jumping and stuttering

Greetings, i have a 5402hd, running patch 112p with addon 2.also a usb 1 tb western digital passport hdd is attached. all of my channels both fta and pay all work and record perfect.apart from espn hd uk. its fine when watching, however when i record espn hd uk it keeps stuttering and jumping. definately not a server problem as everything else is fine, definately not a hdd power issue as everything else records fine. ive thoroughly tested every patch up to 128p but iam using patch 112p as i find this is best for fast channel clearence,recording and overall box stability. i just dont understand why its only this channel that has the recording issue, is there anybody else whos had any experience with this problem ?? cheers guys
