Technomate 5402 HD Super Audio Problems

Ive noticed a few times now that some channels i go on are louder then others not sure the reason may be fw ? just wondering if any of you peeps have had same probs , its buggin me at the mo has im watchin a film on sly action hd then when i think ok change of channel its starts to blast out and ive noticed the audio seems louder in non hd , if anyone can solve my nightmare i would really greeatfull thanks all

While watching the HD channels, press the audio button on the remote, and the select the Eng(AC3) option,that will sort it for you, while in there, you can also select a low and high option too.
