    Patch - Softcam for Mediaset?

    Hi everyone I'm new so please be patient.
    Some Mediaset channels (Italia 1, Canale 5, Rete 4) on Hotbird are sometimes scrambled. Is there any patch - softcam for them?
    I have a Technomate 5400 USB super.
