hi guys , im looking at a new receiver to replace my skybox f3, ive asked in main sat forum about what receiver and after looking around im at 3 recievers, blade700s techno800hd and the vu solo clone, don't really want to go down the clone route though, im looking for a good decent epg, recording , and ease of use(still learning) any 1 recommend the 800hd or indeed another ease of use with excellent epg ...thanks. by the way, im on a motorised dish.

Technomate had a lot of problems with the 800hd and released the tm single and twin. Plenty of threads about them on web. -

if ya looking for a new technomate the best one in the same price range is the technomate 5402 HD, theres loads of support for them , i upgraded from skybox to technomate aint looked back since the picture is way better with a built in hd upscaler, do a little looking around youll hear nothink but gd things about this model .Comment
