TM5402 - Audio gone altogether

Morning chaps.

Woke up this morning. Noticed that all leds were off and display was completely black.
Removed power lead and re-inserted before switching on.
All appeared as normal but none of the channels have sound.
I have swapped hdmi leads , checked telly etc but all to no avail.

Anyone have experience of this before?

Just stating the obvious here but have you got the receiver audio turned up to maximum and also the Audio level has 3 settings Low-Medium-High worth a try

If you have tried the suggestions from digicon without success reflash the box. First using an original firmware then try fta channels. If that works Flash the phantom patch and you should be done.
