Question about channels opening with a softcam

Just a quick one one about a strange issue that I seems to be having over all the sats, but I'll use one example in particular.

On Sirius 4 (4.8E) with the AXN channels, I get a black screen/ no picture, but with audio. If you wait a second or two, you then get a message saying "no audio/ video"

I've checked the pids from King Of Sat and everything appears fine. Is there something else I should be doing of it is just an effect of using the softcam to open the channel?

you get get the AXN channels on thor 1w, if it's them you are interested in.

Just been working my way slowly through the channels and haven't yet gone through 0.8/1w in detail. Currently have a reset problem with the motor, but my Father has taken the ladder, so I cann't get to it to perform the task
