ok it seems i have the 4d image preloaded, jesus the blade box was a piece of cake compared to this, i havt a clue what to do.. if i could just find where to enter my ..... details id be doing ok any help really appreciated

Hi mate i have edited out what we are not allowed to discuss, i suggest as you have come from the Blade Box have a look at the Enigma2 section and guides as everything is explained in there as well as the Tutorials for Enigma2.

if i had of knew how complicated this box was gonna be id have passed it up!!! i feel like throwing it out the window. i mean why does it have to be so complicated, unlike the blade which i had set up in minutes. and as for guides on sites, its like they have threads for every other technomate box but this one.

And that is because most retailers put a little disclaimer on Enigma2 Receivers that normally read " This box is offered for sale to competent enthusiasts with knowledge of networking, FTP, and Telnet/SSH " and the reason why they do not have Threads about the Technomate Enigma2 range such as the Twin, 2T-OE, Single and nano is because they are exactly that Enigma2 linux receivers and as such operate the same as the Dreambox,Vu,Gigablue etc...

And that is why i said have a look at the tutorials for the Dreambox Enigma2 section as all those tutorials apply to all of the above receivers i mentioned, In other words you load channel lists and everything else pretty much identical to each other

i get it man... i thought setting up because i set my blade up easily that this one wouldnt be a step too far, well it nearly was but thanks to this site and google and hours of research i finally got it, and im already liking the way this box is, and i wont forget how to set one up thats for sure thanks for the help
