missing channels

hi guys iv just set up my tm500 super it all went very well >most channels working gr8. only problem is i cant find sp 2. signal strength is ok and i scanned on 2 different dishes . dont know if its a freq thing . any ideas guys

ok ive just had a look . what do i need to do change in my box to find ssp 2 ?

you can do a manual scan using the channel data for that channel and scan that tp it should pick it up.
