TM9100 Keeps Rebooting help needed

Iv been messing with images in the flash of my tm9100s and updated the flash image. For some reason it just keeps rebooting on start up.

Have i ~~~~ed the flash? How can i fix. Is the only way to jtag it and if so what does it involve.

flash it with a noboot image by null modem cable
