5402 problems gettting status to change from disconnected to connected

hi am am trying to enter the unmeansinable witch according to my server everything is correct and servers working ,problom is i cant get it to connnect says disconnected am i doing something wrong
says active on but status is disconnected also i have pressed the red button to connect but nothing happens

Check everything you entered into the 8281 function just in case you missed a letter or a character out, Then try rebooting the box and refreshing the IP address then try to connect

Don't ask me why but if using c protocol only first 3 slots will connect. (Well does on mine anyway) whereas n protocol will connect wherever you put it
