Why can't I see these channels

Ok little mystery here how come I can see certain channels listed when I scan my TM 5400 CI+ Super and not others from the Sly Deutschland package over on 19e?

For example Sly Sports 1 & 2 show up in the menu but not 3 - 11. I've even had some channels show up on a live transponder and not others.

After checking with Lyngsat the channels not showing up are being broadcast in SD, MPEG2 and DVBS so they should show up surely?

Happens on two different TMs of the same model and a Spiderbox 5000SD connected to a 1m dish.

Not particularly bothered by not seeing them just wondering why?

Hi Override, yes I've tried a blind scan and tried manually inputting the transponder frequency etc I'm having trouble with but still no joy. I personally have an offset dish setup and I originally thought maybe some transponders had dropped off with it only being a 60cm dish when I first noticed this.
But My father has the same TM receiver as myself and a 1m dish, obviously 19e is booming through on his setup but the same channels are missing from his TM also even after blind scan etc so it's not a signal fade issue.
Unless some encoding information is missing on Lyngsat, or outdated (not likely as Lyngsat is kept up to date) there is no possible reason why certain channels should show up on a particular transponder but not others.
I know SD receivers are on their way out especially now that MPEG4 is all the rage and I'm not really bothered they are missing as I don't have a Sly Deutschland sub but I'm wondering what else is missing from my favorite sats?
