I have been given the above box. problems im facing

- Can i do a update of the channels really easy like a skybox from a usb stick?
- Does anyone have the sly channels with BT sport for this?
- Do i need to do anything else when updating chanells?

Yes you just upload via USB very similar to how the Skybox F3/F5 work
