Its more than likely the Patch if your 5402 is the Mark 1 version then use Patch 135p i tested this and it is AOK, If you have the Mark 2 version then revert back to patch 101p again tested and works perfect no lip synch issues on either

I posted the latest Patch Here: http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...2/#post2107969

The official way to patch your box is long winded but it is done like this so it clears any sign of previous firmware on the box itself.

        1. Factory reset the box on the current firmware
        2. Load on the official firmware via USB and then reboot
        3. Again factory reset the box via the menu and then switch off on rear for 30 seconds
        4. Switch box back on and then flash Patched 135p firmware let box reboot
        5. Switch box off at rear for 30 seconds
        6. Switch on again and once again menu and factory reset on 135p firmware
        7. Load 002 ADDON patch and factory reset once again
        8. Now you can safely put back on your channel list, Softcam.key and the 8281 information

        And thats it

Hi there,I have the same problem so is it the same procedure for the M2 version,I have tried several patches but have just done factory reset then added new patch and that was it which maybe why none of them helped the issue,Also do I need to flash the addon file again as it is already installed? .What is the official firmware for the M2.Thank you.

There is only one official firmware listed on the Technomate website which is fine to use
