I was installing a new channel list don,t know what I have done wrong but the usb stick shows nothing the file list is empty it but when i put it in my laptop all the files are could anybody please help how to retrieve it

Hi. Did you format the USB stick correctly before copying the channel list?? I always use the receiver to format the USB before i copy files to it and works ok all the time. Also are you using Data Transfer option in USB menu??

Hi. If your USB port is broken there are a number of ways to update your channel lists:
1) Do blind scans on the satellites. It is advisable to delete all current TP's before doing a blind scan.
2) You can update channel list using TM ONLINE option. You will need to connect ethernet cable from receiver to wireless router.
3) You can use a serial RS232 cable with a TM loader to download a channel list file from your computer to receiver.
As i enjoy doing blind scans i would go for option 1 as i am too lazy to mess around with cables. Hope this helps you.
