tm 500 super , ftp password help

hi im trying to put some stuff on my technomate tm 500 super , i have tryed the mini web page but its asking for a password the user is root but i dont know the password i have tryed - 0000, 00000, 1234, 12345, root, left blank, and a few others, none of these are correct any ideas folks ? im stuck stuck ? image is the IQ TEAM one

use VUcc/Filezilla to login to your tm500super and it will let you into the file structure without a password. if not telnet into the box and change the password... open a telnet session in DCC or similar and type passwd then enter the new password twice. i always use the name of the stb so for yours id use tm500,regards mdt

try 2011 or 2012, I think 1 of these is the backdoor password, it will let you in to the menus but after that I am not sure. I do not think you can ftp from them however.

Technomate control Centre or if you know/don't need keys use factory reset from the expert menu in set up. If you need to keep the keys use the first option of you don't use the first or the second. I won't say anymore all will become clear.
