frozen motor

help!my 2100a motor is stuck on 0degrees.plenty power going to it&if i turn motor&dish round manually all satellite signals are perfect .new cable lnb etc but motor wont move.any help would be great..cheers

When you say moving it around manually do you mean via the east/west button located under the motor itself or via the diseqc 1.2 option through your receiver

hi when i say manually i turn it round by hand on the pole.the east west button under motor moves a fraction then lose power&green light turns orange.is there any known way of a reboot or is it ready for the bin .

in a word its F***** time for a replacement

check for a short in the cable but it sounds buggered,regards mdt
