Menu>installation>advanced search, drop to transponder line and scroll til TP the channel is on is found, then search type=TV,Network search=off, then red button to scan.if TP you want is missing green button "add TP".

Liverpool FC TV is on 28.2E 11.307 H 27500 good strong signal but is encrypted of course

Hi you dont need spaces when entering TP details. You have 3 lines for each individual detail ie frequency which is 11307 , the polarity which is H (for Horizontal) and the symbol rate (S/R) which is 27500. To enter the H you need to be on the polarity line and if it says V then press enter and it should give an option to select a V or H or you can toggle the VOL buttons to swap from V or H. Sometimes the toggle may not work so use the enter button on remote. Hope this makes sense.

        Regards.

if all the other channels are working on that txp are working via your provider then i cant see how LFC-TV isnt as its part of FSFS and even opens on FTV cards. dont you have a FTV card to try in your box? its working fine here on a FTV card and via other methods, regards mdt

if its a white card and you have a decent box then it will update again through the card slot... you could always with a old sly box do a new install through the engineers menu using a phone line to get the card activated again... i think you need to change your shite provider, regards mdt

youve jogged my memory as if i remember rightly i think LFC-TV works even when the FTV entitlements have run out on a FSFS card although the other 8 channels dont... its a strange one! at least its free and you dont get shafted like the MUTV/CTV punters do. glad your sorted but your channel shouldnt be doing what it is via your lan providers so there is definitely something not right, regards mdt

Hi. Yes there is a problem with the TM5402 Mk1 as i have had similar problems with channels not being tuned in although i was able to find them with different receivers. Sometimes channels would tune in ok but then it says No signal even though nothing wrong with cables/alignment etc. Also blind scans can be dodgy on this box as well. I read somewhere that TM were aware of problems with this box and brought out the MK2 which is what i have now and have had no problems so far... If your problem is resolved by using a different box then you know its the TM at fault. Good luck.

                            Regards.

I would say any problems caused is due to what ever patch you are currently running on the receiver, Try another up to date patch to see if it cures the problem
