How do I record a programme and watch another at the same time on TM5402

I have a TM 5402 HD CI+ Super+. When I record a channel all other channels are greyed out so Im unable to watch a favourite programe and record another favourite programe at the same time. I am new to this box and have downloaded the manual but it only shows how to record.

Idiot proof information please.

you can only record and watch from one transponder that you are currently viewing, if you want true watch one and record anything else then you need a twin tuner receiver
