could anyone help i have addwd a patch and addon and also the phantom patch and when i put the usb stick back into box and go to data transfer i can only see 20131202-173102.stb / 20131202-173118.cndf and phantompatch-TM5402HDCI-109--1-4-11.stb and when i press ok on the phantom patch its saying not compatable with your stb, im new to this so can anyone hepl thanks

you dont say if its a M1 or M2 version so try these one for each version,regards mdt

thanks for your reply, i downloaded them both but when i insert usb stick back into box it doesnt show up, i dont know what im doing wrong, what it is i;m getting test links sent to me and dont know how to imput the data, a guy from work said i might have to download a patch cccam and ive tried but cant do, do you know step by step how to imput data for the test line thanks

if your receiver is the M2 version then you need the 110p patch as posted by mdt, to load this you need to unzip the folder and put whats inside onto the usb stick and flash it that way, as for your other question regarding Cams and 'Line' i am sorry we cant help you with this as it goes against Forum Rules which i am sure you have read and understood as soon as you joined the forum.
