PC IP Address for Media Streaming

I have tried to set up media streaming from my PC but the TM does not find the PC.

I am using the guide posted on here.

I suspect I am setting th ip incorrectly, My PC is in the form 192.168.1.202, the TM does not seem to allow a single digit in the third set.

Any ideas grestfully received.

I have tried 192.168.001.202 so maybe its an another issue?

Thanks but already set up using that download. Tried deleting and reinstalling same problem. Just a thought but could there be a compatabilty issue with Windows 8.1?

Could be i only ever tried this on Win7 and it worked OK

Works perfect with windows 8.1 I've just tested it and played an .mkv file with no problems. One thing I will say though is it did not connect to nas when running stbdaemon on lappy so what I would say is the movie folder has to be local to the device the stbdaemon is running on.

Remember to rename the extracted folder exactly as the readme tells you to or it won't work

I think I have worked out the problem, another site suggest that the patch needs to be at least 112, I am still using 101.

Happy can you please confirm which patch you are using.

I can stream on 117p and am currently using 136p which is the latest for m1 5402
