Technomate TM 800 HD Problem

Hi guys!

I'm a super noob at all of this so please bare with me.

My TM-800 HD isn't finding any channels at all yet my line is still active. I was told that I have to update the firmware of my box or the channel list I have no clue. Could someone please help me out?
