Technomate TM-500 Super

Hi I am new and novice for view box. I have Technomate TM-500 Super box. It was not working correctly and was showing message 'this channel is scrambled' so I did reset to factory setting.
then update software image to 13-12-12.
Still, I am not able to see all channel it shows only free to air channel.
Tried different action and reset many time but not able to solved problem.
Tired now.
I dont know what to do ? supplier is not available.
Any box guru-me lord help me please?

In box setup--indyndns fields are blank

what should I write there in username, password, alias

help me please?
