TM5402HD Blank screen when changing channels

Hi When I change a channel I sometimes get a blank blue screen, then the channel comes on then back to blank blue screen again then channel shows ok. I also have a problem that I watch some channels nearly to the end of the programe then the box comes up on screen as scrambled.

What Patch version are you currently running on the TM5402HD

I looked on USB-Data Transfer and it says Phantompatch 110p 24-10-13.stb is this what I should be looking at?

you could try another patch from the download centre and see if that cures the problem: Download center

Could you please give me a step by step guide on how to get the patch and insert it into my box. I have a memory stick.
