TECHNOMATE 5402 HD HELP PLEASE

hi there, i'm trying to set up sat back on my TM5402 but looking at your post above i can see i'm getting something wrong. the box finds all the channels and has 80% signal however my TP is 11494 H 44.102 and when i follow your proceedure above and manually add a channel with the correct settings i lose the signal strength. How do i know whether the biss code i have is the correct one. I'm sure its a school boy error on my part, would be grateful for a clue. thanks
