Some Advice Please On TM 5402

Hi, I am having trouble loading two satellites onto my tm5402. I load the channel list for intelsat 907 no problems I allocate diseqe pos 1 the channels are all there. When I then look to add 28.2E there is only intelsat and 0.E no other satellites are listed. I have added astras channel list If I do add 28.2 then this cancels out intelsat. Can anybody please advice me on what I am obviously doing wrong.

Here is a List i created for you thanks to Happy Highlander for the 28.2? east list, all you have to do is assign which Diseqc port to which satellite

Hi Digicon, thanks again for the help, I have just loaded this onto the box. I am still only able to get the intelsat channels. I only get intelsat and o.oE on the all satellites notice. I have loaded all other things you told me when I first joined the forum, including the channel lists for both satellites. Anything else I may or may not require. Thank you again for your time.

I have just loaded the same List onto my TM5402HD receiver and pressed the SAT button on the remote control and both satellites are listed i think you may be doing something wrong somewhere.

Try this:

1. Press menu Button
2. Scroll to System Settings press OK
3. Scroll to Factory Reset press OK
4. Scroll to Delete all Channels and press OK
5. Come out of the menu Completely and your receiver should say No Channel
6. Press USB button on Remote
7. Scroll to Data Transfer press OK
8. Select 27.5? west - 28.2? east satellite list and press OK List will now load
9. Press Menu Scroll to Installation - Satellite Setup press OK
10. Scroll down to Diseqc 1.0 settings choose Number 1 for 27.5? west and Number 2 for 28.2? west

Just tested on mine and all working as it should
