Skylink 23.e still open?

Hi all I'm just wondering if the handful of channels on the Skylink package on 23.5e are still open on a Technomate 5400 CI+ with latest softcam?

I'm after CT2 which used to open a while back for the Arsenal/Bayen Munich game.

If so what patch are you using? As I know it can be a hit and miss affair with STB's and patches nowadays.

BTW I know that ZDF will be showing the game FTA on 19e but have found especially with the Olympics being on that events televised can overrun and you end up missing the opening of the match so would like a backup plan.

I also have a Technomate 5402HD M2 STB but doubt Skylink can be opened on that now from what I've read.

Any help appreciated as always.

I cannot comment on the 5400 but as you rightly stated with the later patches on the 5402 23.5? east is broken with softcam unless you can find an earlier patch that opens the softcam channels
