encrypted biss feed any one know the answer?

    hi folks

i have no problem with viewing the live feeds i want that are biss encrypted once i have entered the correct biss key. However, one feed remains a pain and appears still somewhat encrypted.
The world tennis feed e10/10995/h/7500 opens up but with clear sound and an unviewable colourfull mess for a picture that after jumping about for 10 mins then goes solid. The scrambled channel insert comes back up but the sound remains good and audible.Anybody know why and how i can fix the problem

    Thanks

    Jon

Sounds very much like it was in 4:2:2 which cannot be displayed on any technomate receiver, I know some of the recent patches have tried to allow this to happen but the hardware is not up to the job

I did wonder if it was 4:2:2 but i haven't encountered it before. If i get myself an azbox and hook it up to a different dish do you know if that would get round the problem?

Are you sure the parameters are correct (e10/10995/h/7500)? I cannot find any transponder on 10E with such values.
Was only trying to see if I could help.

The AZbox with 4:2:2 will do what you want no problem

It was a feed transponder so is not active all the time

if you have a E2 linux box you can stream a 4.2.2. feed to your pc via vlc. AZbox premium+ boxs have been discontinued AFAIK but clones are available for around ?150 delivered from HK/PRC regards mdt
