Help with two Technomate box's

Hello All,
I hope one of you guys can help me with a problem. Here goes.....I have a motorised dish set up with quad LNB and 2 box's,TM5402T2 & TM7201T2, on seperate cables. They are set up identically, But when the upstaires box is on, the downstairs box losses channels and channels become scrambled. I have to retune to get the channels back...driving me crazy, any help would be very appreciated.

First option to try is swap them round on the cable inputs so take the downstairs one up and vice versa and try that way and see what happens, It could be an LNB problem

You could also try different ports on the lnb .Cheers

My tm5402 does not work well on the outer 2 ports of a quad lnb and freezes badly on all channels including fta but works perfectly if I use one of the two inner ports

Thanks for the reply guys...and the advice, I will try your suggestions. Strange the 5402 is almost perfect but the 7102 is terrible and will only work on HD channels. I will let you know the outcome. thanks again guys.
