TM 9100s and cccam.cfg?

Hi can anyone help solve a problem i am a beginer on here and would like to know how i upgrade my Cccam.2011 to 2.1.2 using DCC which file or files do i send across to receiver in FTP.
VAR/? also what attribute should it be?

Have certainly must be doing something very wrong, but I'm a new member of your forum ... and am trying to do the downloads file-P-3000D 07-09 V3.49-2009.zip, without any success ... I click when I open a blank window ... as if the file does not exist ... Can someone help ... thanks
