You need to send the dish to the most southerly satellite you use(channels you used to get), adjust the motor clamp on the pole for the azimuth(horizontal) adjustment and or the elevation adjustment on the dish until you get a signal.Flex the dish horizontally or vertically to begin with to see if you're close.Don't touch the dish bracket on the motor arm or the elevation/latitude adjustment on the motor, unless you think they've moved, the centre line of the motor arm should be aligned with the centre of the dish and the latitude adjustment should be set for 56? for Glasgow .Cheers

You can use the meter in the receiver but how do you know you have an alignment problem?Has it been particularly windy?Did ithe signal suddenly go?Try checking the cable connections to the lnb,on the dish, the motor and the back of the receiver.Forgot to mention, before changing the alignment make marks so you know where to go back to.Good luck.Cheers.
