tm 5402 motor problems

has anybody had any problems with setting up a tm5402 on motor using dis 1.2 as i have just done one of these on a new set up, all worked fine for a day then the box seems to lose its memory, put my blade on the same set up and works perfect.
the tm5402 is new and having same problem on usals seems like a dodgey box.....not holding memory.

Hi Im having the same problem I did a factory reset, since then I can find a signal recieve channels but when satalite moves I lose all channels, did you find a solution?
