saving satalite position

Hi can any one help me?
I have done a factory reset on my 5402 since this I have to move satalite to recieve signal, I then scan for channels all is ok, then when satalite moves to another position the first scan and signal is lost..

Is your setup USALS,if so you'll have to set the motor setting to USALS and put your longitude and latitude in "Motorized Settings".Loading the original Channel list(if you have it) would help as well.
