what is a prio file?

Hi, I just have a question that I might be borderline with the rules so please accept my apologizes and delete my post if I am in the wrong..... anyway like on the title, what is a prio file and does a technomate 5402HD use this file in his " closed source code" ? (I don't even know if I asked correctly this question.....sorry if I didn't...)

Think about the abbreviated word 'Prio' stands for Priority and No the 5402 does not use that type of file only Linux receivers do
